Accountability can begin with a clear record and an appropriate process. We focus on safer, proportionate steps that protect the person affected and avoid threats, humiliation and public retaliation.
We do not offer counselling, legal representation, investigations or emergency response. No tool here determines whether another person is a bully or guarantees a result.
